Generally, after purchasing and payment is clear. We will send a email to buyers to confirm the size again.
If the size is wrong, we will help buyers to choose a size. If the size is right, we will ship the dress ASAP.
But if we don't receive any response, we usually wait 2 days and ship the dress on the third day.
So if you want to get the dress ASAP, please leave us a message that you have confirmed the size when you purchased a dress,
we will ship the dress immediately.
For shipping methods, we can only use EMS for P.O. box address. And we will firstly choose DHL to ship to south and north America,
Europe. About asia, we will choose EMS firstly, including Australia, Russia and new zealand.
However, we will use DEPX to ship to singapore and malaysia. DPEX is the same price with EMS, but it is faster than EMS.
Anout Middle East, we will use Aramex to ship our dress. If you want to choose certain shipping method,
please leave a message when purchasing.

This is the size chart of the dresses in our storehouse. Range of error: ±2cm There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition. So don't rely on the size you usually have and only choose the size base on a proper measurement. Please check the dress size chart in dress descriptions, it helps you to determine the dress size for individual dress style. All dress are designed for people with average height and body shape. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the dress style. Remember if you need help, you can always email us with your measurement includes bust, waist & hip sizes, we are happy to assist you with our suggestion. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect sizing choice.

Dresses must be in new condition with tag and unworn except for try on purpose.
Postage and handling fee is not refundable as well as insurance cost if there is any. Buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange.
A claim must be made via email within 48 hours of receiving the garment and returned within 5 days (as post date).
Any purchase more than 2 weeks is strictly not exchangeable or refundable.
We inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, color, and size. We also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch the dress
